Hi everyone! Welcome to Stegall Counseling!

My name is Emily Gaillard, and I’m the Practice Manager and Administrative Assistant here at Stegall Counseling in Charlotte, NC. I help connect clients with the right therapist, assist with scheduling, and support with insurance and billing to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

I graduated from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. I’m passionate about mental health and dedicated to supporting individuals as they begin their therapy journey.

In my role, I also help oversee the daily operations of the practice to support both our clients and clinicians. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment from your very first interaction with our team, so you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
