Common Questions You Might Have

This time in life can bring many questions and challenges. I understand that this time in your life might be overwhelming, and you may have questions like:

Are you struggling with substance use?

Looking to heal from past trauma?

Dealing with low self-esteem?

Facing anxiety or depression?

No matter what you’re going through, I’m here to walk alongside you. There is hope, and together, we can work towards a place where you can thrive.

These tools allow me to address the unique challenges and needs of my clients, fostering a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences.

Why I Became a Therapist

My journey with therapy began at fourteen when I started experiencing panic attacks and flashbacks without understanding what was happening. I felt alone, confused, and thought it was all “just in my head.” Emotions were hard to regulate, and I didn’t have much hope for the future. But therapy changed everything for me. It helped me feel truly safe, understood, and supported, which was such a transformative experience that it inspired me to pursue this career. I wanted to be there for others, just like my therapist was for me—to help people find hope, regain autonomy, and feel comforted during difficult times.

Here For You

If you’re feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or even hesitant about starting therapy, know that you’re not alone. Taking the first step can be intimidating, but it can also be the beginning of a journey toward greater understanding, resilience, and peace. I’m here to support you every step of the way, providing a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Whatever you’re facing, there is hope for change. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build on them, and create a path toward the life you truly want. You deserve more than just getting by—you deserve to thrive.

“Embrace the glorious mess that you are.” – Elizabeth GIlbert
