Employment Type

• Full-Time (25 – 35 hours per week)
• Hourly Rate: $40 – $60 per hour
• Position Type: W2 Employment

Client Focus
We seek a candidate with a sincere passion for collaborating primarily with adults (18+), while an interest in working with other age groups would be advantageous, though not mandatory. The successful applicant will excel in providing tailored therapy sessions, enhancing clients’ abilities, and conducting thorough psychological assessments and precise diagnoses.

Please note that we are not currently seeking candidates for couples or family therapy positions.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday availability, accommodating clients’ needs from morning to evening.

Caseload Expectations
Maintain a consistent workload of at least 25 clients per week, ensuring efficient management and continuity in service provision.

Preferred Experience
We highly value candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in the mental health field, specifically in providing counseling services to adults.

NC Licensure Requirements

Full licensure in North Carolina is highly preferred. Acceptable licensures include:

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Associate therapists with licensure in progress will be considered. Acceptable statuses include:

• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)

Note: We are currently not accepting applications from therapists with LMFTA status.
