Common Questions You Might Have
This time in life can bring up so many questions, like:
• Am I raising my child in a healthy way?
• How can I build a strong, communicative relationship with my child or partner?
• How do I navigate my anxiety and build self-confidence?
• How can I find clarity and strength in times of uncertainty?
No matter what you or your loved one may be facing, I’m here to walk with you. Together, we’ll uncover what’s getting in the way and find the answers you need to create the life you want.
Why I Became a Therapist
To understand what makes therapy with me different, let me share my story. When I was younger, and even into college, I struggled with intense anxiety. My emotions felt overwhelming, and I turned to distractions—constantly surrounding myself with others or binge-watching TV shows—just to feel a sense of calm. Over time, this need for reassurance impacted my relationships and my sense of self. Therapy helped me look inward, process past experiences, and see myself in a new, more compassionate way.
My transformation inspired me to become a therapist, so I could support others in finding their true selves and feeling empowered. I now work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them build resilience, understand their emotions, and find self-acceptance.
Here For You
I believe that with the right support, we can overcome even the toughest experiences. You deserve to feel empowered, understood, and hopeful—and I’m here to help you get there.
